Distribute Between 50-52 Million Pounds of FoodThat's more than 140,000 meals a day! We expect our fleet of 19 trucks to travel over 500,000 miles to serve our 800 partner agencies and maximize our food donor partnerships. To do that, we aim to raise over eight million dollars in revenue and work with over 15,000 volunteers to keep the Food Bank running and expand service where possible. Expand the Services of the Kids Meals & More ProgramsOur goal is to not only ensure that kids are fed, but to help them grow healthy and strong. We aim to boost our Kids Cafe, Weekend Power Pack, Kids Summer Meals, and School Pantry programs to provide nearly 850,000 meals. Increase Our Focus on NutritionFor people struggling with hunger, eating healthy food is too often unfeasible, leading to serious health problems such as obesity, heart disease, and diabetes. This year, we aim to increase our distribution of fresh produce to 17 million pounds, adopt the Feeding America Foods to Encourage initiative, and hire a Nutrition Manager to build collaborative partnerships and curriculum.
